Our objective is to establish franchise opportunities at popular shopping centres and retail parks attracting high volume of visitors. Our distinctive P1 Speedyfit registered trademark red and black livery is designed to catch the eye of our versatile bespoked premises.

This enables us to have a high profile presence and encourage owners to have their vehicles attended to whilst they have shop, browse, have a snack and meet friends in familiar and pleasant surroundings. Where we have the ability to do so, our extended opening hours until 8.00pm weeknights is likely to be of considerable benefit to those who may find it difficult to attend typical service centres that close by 6.00pm. We will also be open for business on Saturday up to 6pm and 4pm on Sundays and some bank holidays.

Our price menu is comparable within the vehicle after sales market and we are able to achieve this due to favourable terms negotiated with suppliers which is charged out at cost to the franchisees enabling them to be competitive.

All our outlets will have the ability to supply and fit (only) new tyres, brakes, batteries, bulbs, air conditioning refills and general vehicle maintenance including servicing all carried out to manufacturers' requirements. Some locations will be able to offer additional services such as alloy wheel refurbishment, minor cosmetic repairs and MOT. 

To identify make and model of a vehicle, Automated Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) is incorporated within our platform  asks the visitor to confirm this is correct. The online live booking and secure payment gateway system allows customers to pick a convenient location, date and time to fulfill their requirements.

Our ethos to maximise use of available space to facilitate the number of vehicle bays for the purpose of enhancing revenue streams from increased number of customers we serve.

Stock of parts kept on site is very limited but reflect the most popular by way of local demographics. Tyres are often a distressed purchase and depending on location and time of order, any that are processed before 5pm on any weekday are usually delivered to any outlet before 11am the following day, including Saturday at selected outlets. Any orders placed before 11am are typically are delivered by our suppliers from 2pm same day and available and subject to in house diary system, can be fitted that afternoon. The vast majority of other consumables required are usually delivered within a maximum of 2 hours from nationwide suppliers. 

Customer service and satisfaction is of paramount and equal importance as to how a franchisee looks after his/her employees to always maintain a happy environment. Every employee will be required to be accredited prior to undertaking any vehicle maintenance unless supervised by someone who does hold the requisite qualifications. We do not undertake training ourselves as this must be conducted by those who specialise in their areas of expertise. The same applies to EU GDPR legislation in respect of privacy and data protection in addition to all matters concerning Health and Safety.

We want our franchisees and employees to be focused on serving the motoring public and not being distracted by paperwork. To that end, Head Office will be responsible for all accounting/stock keeping records that is supported by full website integration with Epos and Xero packages. We also have the ability to process each outlet's PAYE based on the information provided in addition to submitting VAT returns and each franchisee's audited accounts.
